I started working with my father as a young boy and apprenticed under him as he did under his father. We are three generation floor covering experts.
My grandfather, J B Hughes, started his business in the 40s. Loving his craft he remained a valuable resource until his passing in 2008. My father, J B III's, business began in the 70s. I have worked in the construction and floor covering business all my working career.
Both my father and I continue to take certification courses to learn the best techniques, materials and latest technology to stay on the cutting edge of our industry. Each generation brings a wealth of knowledge as we collaborate making each job durable, artistic and beautiful. We prefer to use eco-friendly products.
